Super friendly staff and a great selection for cats (and dogs, I assume, but I only looked at cat stuff). Prices are very reasonable for high quality products and they even gave us little sample bags of treats to take home for each cat at checkout! Great premium pet store. Highly recommend. Picture is all three cats with catnip sticks from Mud Bay.

I went in on oct 29th around 3pm to grab some treats for our dog Mack. My son said his stomach hurt when we were in the store, and suddenly threw up right by the register. The staff quickly helped me cleaned it up and held my dog while I attended my son in the bathroom. They even brought water to my son. Customer service was top notch. Really appreciated their help and going above and beyond. I wish I wrote down their names. Will be exclusively doing business with Mudbay because of the top notch customer service and great products.

Love the super big selection too and I can bring my dog named Olakai in the store with me. My dog is a chiwawa and pug mix. He is so shy and anti social. But he is so friendly at home ... a real lover.

Such a great store! It was my first time in that location, and it is so much bigger than the one I was used to. I was a little lost first walking in, but the staff there were so helpful and directed me exactly to where I needed to go, and even helped me pick out what I needed (a doughnut to replace the cone that the vet gave my Persian cat, which would mean that he would be unable to eat or drink!) Very kind staff, very clean, spacious store, and wonderful products at a pretty good price. Very highly recommended!

Absolutely love Mud Bay! Poptart had her first visit at this location and it was amazing! The staff was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. So much space for Poptart to explore and such a wide selection of fun toys, food, and accessories

High quality pet supplies, toys, furniture, and health-related items. I even saw life vests for dogs there! Plenty of treats to choose from and nothing that I felt I had to worry about my pets being around. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Very local feel. An incredible amount of stock and selection!

My husband and I brought out new puppy baby into Mud Bay for advice and recommendations, and Michael helped us… he took his time, was so helpful and kind, and made the experience amazing. You can tell everyone at Mud Bay truly loves what they do and genuinely cares about animals. It’s such a wonderful place and far exceeds the other local pet stores. We’ll definitely be back! 🐶💛

The best place in the Westside just got better with the new addition of the self wash dog wash! Private rooms that were impeccably clean. All the needed tools prepped & ready. Friendly & helpful staff as always. Our girl was definitely pampered! Fluffy dog approved!
